8.2) – All Tenants agree to follow the House Rules as shown on the Notice Board at the entrance of the property. These rules may be changed by the Landlord or the Landlords’ Agent without notice. The Tenants agree to pay a charge of £40 + VAT for breaking any of the house rules when payment is demanded by the Landlord or the Landlords’ Agent, 8.3) -The Tenants accept this clause as notice that on the 3rd Thursday of each month the Landlord or the Landlords’ Agent will visit the property without giving any further notice to carry out the monthly HMO safety inspection. agreement. This special condition does not affect the landlord’s right to service the Section 21 or Section 8 notices
