We will act as the sole point of contact. Therefore, you will never need to meet or speak with your tenants and we will handle everything for you.

We will handle all property expenses managed by us. This helps to ensure that all relevant property expenses are well recorded. Therefore, you can use our records to ensure you aren’t paying too much tax.

This service is suited to a hands-on landlord who wants to handle all tenant inquiries, maintenance issues, repairs, emergencies, and inspections. However, wants us to manage the legal and financial aspects of the tenancy.

Tenancy Deposit Protected and Prescribed Information Created and Managed

Terms and conditions apply. Additional fee of £50 + VAT per tenancy.

Rent Collected and Any Rent Arrears Chased and Managed

We will chase and collect any unpaid rent effectively and legally. At the same time, we will ensure that accurate records are maintained and that the landlord is kept in the loop. 

Deposit Deductions Negotiated and Deposit Repayment Managed

Terms and conditions apply. The landlord is responsible for keeping records of any works they have carried out at the property and to ensure that the inventory is kept up to date at all times. Fees apply for handling deposit disputes if an agreement can’t be reached.

Tenancy Renewals Managed Automatically

We will negotiate the new tenancy terms, including any rent increase, create and send the new tenancy agreement and oversee its signing. Tenancy renewal fees of £100 + VAT apply

End of Tenancy Process Handled Automatically

We will seek official written notice from the tenants, should they decide not to renew. We will arrange the inventory check-out, and above all, we will advise the tenant on getting the property back to the correct condition to be handed back to us in.

We've been renting an apartment from Let Me Property for almost a year (until moved to our own) and this is our best experience of renting. I can't recommend this agency high enough. I rarely write reviews. But this time I was so impressed and pleased with our experience that I decide I should do it! They are very professional, very attentive and the most importantly, you always feel that you are dealing with REAL PEOPLE, not silly office machines. When we were applying for the property, Gregory explained us absolutely everything in such details, that I though it's a joke at first! But such an attitude of HONESTY and willingness to help we could feel then throughout all our renting period. All the team is praiseworthy. Just communicate with them (they replied on my emails mostly within half an hour), read the documents they send (sometimes it looks like it's a bit too much to read, but the language is very simple and they provide all information in a very organised manner and with all charges there, so you KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT from the very beginning) and I'm sure you will be absolutely happy with their services!
