Excellent service for potential and existing tenants. I don't have a car, so they drove me from viewing to viewing, and were quick and helpful at getting things sorted once I'd chosen somewhere. I was moving to St Albans from Chester, and they had no problems handling things remotely. They were also keen to help when I had questions (and in the end, even complaints) about the tenancy agreement the landlord produced, and mediated well between the landlord and me to produce a slightly modified agreement which we were both happy with. When I moved out nearly a year later, they handled viewings for the room I was vacating. They were very punctual in giving notice of upcoming viewings, lined up several viewings in a row when they could to make things easier for me, and in fact the third person they brought to see the room took it.
